Laurelhurst Integrative Psychiatry is an independent, direct-pay practice serving adults across Washington State. This model allows appointments to remain unhurried, personalized, and focused fully on your care rather than insurance-driven limitations.
While insurance is not billed directly, a superbill can be provided upon request for patients seeking out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance plan.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept major credit and debit cards. An active card must be kept on file to reserve appointments.

Initial Evaluation
A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation exploring your history, current concerns, prior treatment experiences, and the biological and lifestyle factors that influence mental health care. This visit allows time for thoughtful assessment and individualized treatment planning.
