Thoughtful Psychiatric Care for the Whole Person
Healing goes beyond symptom management. It begins with understanding the whole person: your story, biology, lifestyle, and patterns shaping how you feel
Thoughtful, collaborative care designed to support lasting well-being
My Background
My work in psychiatry and mental health has spanned a range of healthcare settings, including the VA Medical Center, Virginia Mason, Providence/Franciscan Health System, Swedish Health System, and integrated primary care environments where psychiatry and primary care intersect.
These experiences shaped my belief that meaningful mental health care requires time, collaboration, and attention to the whole person, not just symptom management alone.
Today, my approach integrates thoughtful medication management with therapy, lifestyle guidance, and evidence-based integrative approaches that support lasting well-being.
I have a particular interest in supporting adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, insomnia, and women’s mental health, especially during midlife and hormonal change.
